Motorists in Pittsylvania County should prepare for delays as bridge repair work on Route 813, also known as Glenview Drive, leads to temporary road closures. The affected section stretches from Route 831 (Elm Road) to the intersection of Route 750 (Strawberry Road).

According to the schedule, Route 813 will be inaccessible from May 12 to June 1, 2025. During this period, the Department of Transportation will implement an appropriate signage system to guide the detour traffic. Drivers will be rerouted from Route 831 (Elm Road) to Route 750 (Strawberry Road) and back to Route 813.
